Every Volumie book is made with care - and we stand behind every order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If your book arrives with a printing defect or damage, simply reach out to us at support@volumie.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll assess the issue and arrange a reprint or replacement at no cost to you.

Damaged or Defective Books
If your book arrives damaged or with a print quality issue, we'll reprint and ship a replacement - completely free of charge. Just email us at support@volumie.com with your order number and a few photos of the issue, and we'll take it from there.

Design Errors
Because every Volumie book is custom-made to order, we're unable to offer reprints or refunds for errors made during the design process - such as typos, image placement, or layout choices. We encourage you to take a moment to carefully review your book before placing your order. If you're unsure about anything, our team is happy to help before you submit.
