Our books can be heavy! Your order may be shipped in multiple packages if you order multiple books.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and provide free return and reprints for any defective books.

Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of Volumie, we’re unable to offer returns or reprints for customer errors made during the design process, or change of mind, so please take a moment to carefully review your book before placing your order.

what is the print quality?

All Volumie books are printed on thick, premium pages with a smooth, high-quality finish designed to feel timeless and substantial in your hands.

Because we print your actual photos, the final result will reflect the original resolution of the images you upload. Photos taken on professional cameras will naturally print with more detail than low-resolution or heavily compressed images. Most modern smartphone photos print beautifully.

If you’re using older or lower-resolution images, we recommend keeping them slightly smaller on the page rather than full-bleed to ensure they look their best.

You may notice a slight variation between how colours appear on your screen and in print. Screens use light, while books are printed with ink on paper, so minor differences are completely normal.

No matter what, your memories will feel beautiful, intentional, and worthy of your coffee table.
